Bank processing fees and transaction approvals are governed by the policies of your bank and the payment provider โ we don't control those.
Cashback, rewards & referrals
From time to time, Breez Tickets may offer:

A few ground rules apply to all of them:
- They can only be used inside Breez, unless we say otherwise
- They aren't transferable to another person or account
- They have no direct cash value unless we officially approve it
- They may expire based on the terms of the specific promotion
- We may cancel them if we detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Data security
We take security seriously and apply the protections you'd expect from a modern platform:

When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply, not ours. We can't be responsible for what they do with your information once it's with them.
International operations
Breez Tickets operates across multiple countries and regions, including Oman, Qatar, and other international markets.
That means your information may sometimes be processed or stored outside the country you live in โ only where it's legally permitted to do so.
Account suspension & fraud prevention
If we see something that looks like abuse, we may suspend or close an account. That includes:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Chargeback abuse
- Fake or duplicated tickets
- Unauthorized resale
- Threats to the security of the platform or other users
- Breaking the rules in our platform policies
Where the law requires, we may share what we know with the appropriate authorities.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the new version will be posted here with a refreshed "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. If you keep using Breez after a change, that means you're okay with the updated policy.
